Absolute Motion Control provided the control system for a large friction-driven truck for The Party Girls, which opened at the Marlowe Theatre before embarking on a UK tour. Using multiple motors working in tandem meant that the depth of the truck base could be kept to a minimum. Coupled with an external encoder for accurate positioning, this gave sub-millimetre positional accuracy.
