Absolute Motion Control were delighted to provide the control system for a unique, ultra-quiet double revolve for the Old Vic’s in the round production of Arcadia, directed by Carrie Cracknell with set design by Alex Eales. Eales’s intimate, minimalist design placed the revolve just feet from the audience, and in keeping with the production’s gentle style, it was designed to run as silently as possible. It also needed to be quick and efficient to install, so it could transfer easily from the rehearsal room to the theatre.
