A field interconnection hub for a single axis. All axis-specific I/O such as limit switches, encoders, sensors, and accessory connections terminates into this unit. The IO[Box] also provides localised controls for distributed operation close to the machine, improving setup and fault finding efficiency.
A field deployable Emergency Stop unit containing the full safety circuitry required to integrate an E-Stop into our wider control system. Capable of achieving an emergency stop safety function up to SIL3, this robust enclosure delivers essential risk reduction wherever local emergency control is needed.
Provides connection for field enabling devices, such as “hold-to-run” switches. Clear visual indication shows whether the enabling device is correctly activated, offering immediate status confirmation for operators and technicians.
Designed for the safe connection of pressure-sensitive safety edges (tape-switch devices). The unit incorporates all required safety functionality, complete with clear indication of activation. An optional key switch can provide direction dependent override for use by trained personnel, where the application permits.
Allows integration of up to four load cells into the control system. Visual indicators display load status including faults, warning thresholds, and overload conditions, providing clear localised insight into system loading.
A compact solution for mounting red and/or green beacon indicators in the field. Ideal for signalling backstage cast and crew, for example, confirming whether a door is open or closed. Custom flash patterns can be incorporated to provide enhanced communication functionality.
