Absolute Motion Control provided the control system for Beetlejuice The Musical in the West End. The system included a large multi-axis, friction-driven truck, two RoRo winches for a flown video screen, two RoRo winches for lighting trusses and six small bespoke winches for raising and lowering an Austrian curtain. In addition, four encoders provided positional data for manually flown elements, allowing the video projection to be mapped to the position of these pieces as they moved. The entire system was controlled via a Desk[Five].
